Shanghai is an interesting cocktail recipe made using dark rum, grenadine and pastis.
Time: 20 minutes
- 60 ml black rum
- 1 dash grenandine
- 1 slice lime
- 15 ml pastis
- 45 ml lemon juice
- 5 cubes ice cubes
- 1 cherry
- Combine and shake all the liquid ingredients over ice until well frosted.
- Strain and pour into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and cherry and serve.
