Beat the heat with this easy to make thirst quencher, made with the goodness of raspberry, honey, sparkling water and lime juice.

Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup raspberry
  • 3 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 cup sparkling water
  • 2 sprigs mint
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 4 lemon slices

Method:

  • In a bowl, blend together raspberries, honey, lime juice and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
  • Top up with sparkling water. Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves. Serve chilled.
