If you want to keep your stomach happy, have this Ginger Lassi.

Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 400 ml yoghurt (curd)
  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 400 ml Water
  • 2 tablespoon ginger
  • 2 sprigs Mint Leaves

Method:

  • Dry roast the cumin seeds and coarsely crush them.
  • Add the yogurt, water, salt, cumin seeds and ginger to a blender.
  • Blend well until smooth.
  • Add the ice cubes to a serving glass.
  • Pour the lassi and sprinkle a bit of cinnamon powder.
  • Serve at once.
