Berry Banana Oats are a perfect gluten free recipe which not only fills your stomach but also satiates your soul.
Time: 20 minutes
- 1 banana
- 1 cup oats
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoon walnuts
- 1/2 cup yoghurt (curd)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 2 teaspoon chia seeds
- Take a bowl and add the peeled banana to it. Using a spatula, mash the bananas. Once done, add yogurt to it
- and mix it well. Next, add in the mixed berries, chia seeds, oats, salt along with almond milk. Mix this well and
- cover it with plastic wrap.Place it in the fridge and let it set.
- Once chilled and set, garnish it with walnuts, mixed berries and sliced banana and serve it cold to enjoy!
