This is an easy-to-make and a healthy recipe that you can bake for your family and friends anytime

Ingredients:

  • 4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 4 zucchini
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered flax seeds
  • 2 banana
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup milk

  • To make this delicious muffin recipe, wash zucchini under running water and grate in a large bowl. Next, peel
  • the bananas and mash them in a bowl. Afterwards, pre-heat the oven at 180 degree Celisus to make the
  • muffins.
  • Bring a large bowl and mix together flax seed powder, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon powder, salt,
  • brown sugar and all purpose flour. Then, crack eggs in the dry flour mix and whisk well using an electric beater.
  • Now, add milk in the flour-egg mix along with vanilla essence and mashed bananas. Use a spoon to mix well all
  • the ingredients and make a smooth batter, you can use a whisker to make a smooth batter. Now, add the
  • grated zucchini in the batter and mix once again till a smooth batter is obtained.
  • Take a muffin tray and using a silicon brush, apply butter in the cavities. Fill the cavities with the prepared
