- 10 Chicken thigh
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 crushed black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon cold water
- 1/2 cup soysauce
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
1. Combine the cornstarch,cold water,sugar,soy sauce,vinegar,garlic,ginger and ground black pepper in a small saucepan over low heat.Stir frequently let it simmer till the sauce thickens and bubbles.
2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
3. Brush chicken with the sauce.Turn pieces over again and brush it.
4.Turn Pieces over, and bake for another 30 minutes, until it doesnt get pinkish colour and juicy. The duration to bake in a preheated oven is 30 minutes. Every 10 minutes brush with sauce while cooking.
