Sea food, especially prawns is loved by all. And noodles, well there will hardly be anybody who doesn’t like a noodle. Consider having a jumble of these 2 loved-by-all ingredients and what results in the end is a unique blend of saucy noodles and salty prawns.

Ingredients:

  • 2 dozen prawns (shelled and fried)
  • 2 cups noodles 100 gm
  • French beans 200 gm
  • Cabbage 200 gm
  • Carrots 4
  • Spring onions
  • 4 large capsicums
  • ½ cup margarine
  • 2 tablespoon oil chilli & Soya sauce to taste
  • Salt to taste

Method to prepare:

Take a big bowl like pan. Pour in 4 cups of water, with little salt and oil and bring it to boil. The reason we are using oil is that the noodles don’t get stuck to each other. Meanwhile, cut the noodles into 4 inch pieces. As the water starts boiling, throw in the 4 inched noodles and let it boil. Once the noodles are well cooked, drain out the water. Now place in the sliced carrots, French beans, cabbage, spring opinions, capsicums, along with the margarine. Also add a little salt to taste and cook it for around 10 minutes. Take another bowl. Add the vegetable mix with the boiled noodles. Finally add the prawns to the vegetable and noodle jumble. Now you can add the soya and chilli sauce as per required. Tastes best when served hot. It serves 4 people. And the altogether time for preparation is hardly 25-30 minutes. Your high protein carbohydrate meal is all ready.
