Ever tired having some chicken, sausages and beef, altogether in one platter? You just won the jackpot, my friend. Try having this protein rich dish where beef, chicken and sausage comes altogether in one, only for you. A perfect starter recipe for your Sunday lunch.

Ingredients:

  • 500 gms beef
  • 200 gms boneless chicken
  • 150 gms sausage
  • 2 finely chopped onions
  • 2 finely chopped tomatoes
  • 6 sliced garlic flakes
  • 1 inch piece ginger sliced
  • 5 pepper corns
  • 5 cloves
  • 2 pieces of1 inch each cinnamon
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1/2 boiled cup macaroni
  • 1 potato
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 green chilli

Method to prepare:

Take a cooker. Pour in some oil with cloves, pepper corns, cinnamon, the sliced onions, tomatoes, ginger and garlic. Add very little salt and stir the ingredients well. Keep the gas stove on low flame. Once you get the hint that the onions and garlic ginger is fried enough put the beef in. Now add some 2-3 cups of water and let the beef get cooked. After a while add the boneless chicken and sausages. Again add some more water for the freshly added meat. Let the meat get cooked well, do not hurry. Now add the green peas, carrot, tomatoes and the chilli. Now set it to cook for a while. Finally add the boiled macaroni with 2-3 tablespoons of milk. Adding milk is individual’s choice. Add some salt to taste. Once you get an idea that the meat in all is cooked, pour in some watery stew with a piece of each meat. Also you could throw in some toasted bread pieces. It serves about 4 people and the preparation time is some 30-35 minutes. Its depends on how fresh the meat is.
